Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle it:
Eligible returns:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Items lost in transit
Return window:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-returnable items:
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or minor variations in handmade items.
